Shopify migration meant the household brand could meet increased demand for at-home shopping experiences during COVID-19. Swan also uses Shopify Plus Certified Apps – including Yotpo and Klaviyo – which not only allows it to operate loyalty and referral programmes, but facilitates the creation of a customer journey or user flow, thereby eliminating the need for external developers.
Shopify Plus has allowed us to set up a dev store to fully test all changes to the website before pushing them live. Launchpad on Plus has given us more flexibility when planning sales and promotions as it helps us to schedule all content and pricing. With Plus, we get the support we need when we need it.
