Our project took a month to complete but I knew it would be tedious as I have over 3,000 SKUs - migrating from Bigcommerce to Shopify.  E-mails were answered promptly.  Deadline for pulling inventory off of Bigcommerce was met due to old site shutting down.  I spent 3 days on my end wrapping up the completion and making sure everything was moving correctly.
